                                                      Agreement
				 
You agree not to use for any purpose that's illegal or not allowed
by this agreement. We can, without notice, limit, suspend, or end 
your service or any agreement with you for this or any other good 
cause, including, but not limited to:
  
(a)  Use other people's identity to register.
(b)  Provide false information in application form.   
(c)  Use the Service in any unethical manner or contrary to accepted 
     community standards.
(d)  Use your service in a way that adversely affects service to other users.
(e)  Smoking or drinking alchole beberage


Swimming Pool

We understand that we use the swimming pool only during certain times (daylight) 
under the supervision of a lifeguard or an expert swimmer supplied by us, and 
that NJCA has no responsibility or liability for any accidents in the swimming 
pool and its surroundings.
Our organization and its leaders take sole responsibility for any accidents that
occur in or near the pool and the rest of the Academy grounds.
We will make use of outside showers and locker room for changing,
and no person will be allowed to enter the buildings while they are still wet.


Reservation

1. Please be advise that your are financially responsible for the reserved dates and 
   Changes of date or length of stay requires another reservation.
2. Please enclose nonrefundable deposit. $300 up to 50 people, $500 up to 
   100 people $1000 over 100 people. 
3. Written reservation with deposit should be received within 2 weeks after telephone reservation.
4. Please provide your own Bible, Hymnal, hose slippers, and blanket or sleeping bag.
(Except when you reserve Agape House, a comforter will be provided.)

  We will return all furniture and fixtures to their original places after using them.
  We will take care of the facilities to prevent any damage and/or burglary.
  If there is any damage, we will promptly notify management and assume the responsibility to fix it.


New Jersey Christian Academy will not be responsible for any accidents or damage.
