We, users of New Jersey Christian Academy, pledge the following:

• We will return all furniture and fixtures to their original places after using them.
• We will take care of the facilities to prevent any damage and/or burglary.
• If there is any damage,we will promptly notify management and assume the responsibility to fix it.
• We understand that we use the swimming pool only during certain times (daylight) under the supervision of a lifeguard or an expert swimmer supplied by us, and that NJCA has no responsibility or liability for any accidents in the swimming pool and its surroundings.
• Our organization and its leaders take sole responsibility for any accidents that occur in or near the pool and the rest of the Academy grounds.
• We will make use of outside showers and locker room for changing, and no person will be allowed to enter the buildings while they are still wet.
• We will follow the directions of NJCA staff, and all other rules and regulations of the NJCA
